Regexp::Common::URI::telnet −− Returns a pattern for telnet URIs.

Returns a pattern that matches telnet URIs, as defined by RFC 1738. Telnet URIs have the form:
"telnet:" "//" [ user [ ":" password ] "@" ] host [ ":" port ] [ "/" ]
Under "{−keep}", the following are returned:
