Regexp::Common::URI::prospero −− Returns a pattern for prospero URIs.

Returns a pattern that matches prospero URIs, as defined by RFC 1738. prospero URIs have the form:
"prospero:" "//" host [ ":" port ] "/" path [ fieldspec ] *
Under "{−keep}", the following are returned:
