Regexp::Common::URI::file −− Returns a pattern for file URIs.

Returns a pattern that matches file URIs, as defined by RFC 1738. File URIs have the form:
"file:" "//" [ host | "localhost" ] "/" fpath
Under "{−keep}", the following are returned:

The part of the URI following "file://". |

The hostname. |

The path name, including the leading slash. |
